Until further notice, we will require that all patients have masks when entering our office. We are limiting the amount of patients in the clinic and many patients will be asked to wait in their vehicles until called to enter the office. This is for the safety of all patients and staff. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hour notice is required . A $20.00 fee will be charged if you fail to notify us. within 24 hours of your appointment.
